Equilibruim- The story starts out on an equilibruim where everything is in balence with each other.
Disruption- The narrative is then disrupted by a chain of events that create emotion.
Recognition- The disruption is recognised.
Attempt to Repair- A solution for the problem is found.
Return or restoration of Equilibrium-The returning state is restored, where everything remains to balence again.
